Top 10 Halloween Crafts from Plaid for 2014

Halloween is a time when you get to let your creativity run wild! There are so many things to do for the holiday. You can keep it light and fun or go dark and creepy. The projects we created this year ran the gamut. The FolkArt kids projects featuring kids hand and feet prints are on the fun side. Whereas the Mod Podge projects definitely went to the dark and creepy side. 

We looked through our social media and found the top 10 projects you either like, pinned or shared! We looked at how many likes, pins, comments and shares these received. Then complied it into a list of the most popular projects in 2014 for Halloween. 

 
10 – Monogram pumpkin – This non traditional pumpkin made out of FolkArt Home Décor Chalk proved to be one of our more popular pumpkins. - 

9 – Diorama Pumpkin Graveyard – This pumpkin from Michaels featuring FolkArt Multi-Surface one of the delightful pumpkins of the year! - 

8 – Chalkboard Tombstone Banner – Created by Cathie & Steve this banner adds some decoden flair to the holiday. Made with Mod Podge, FolkArt Multi-surface paint and Collage Clay. - 

7. Ghost in a Jar - Captures the spirit of Halloween in a jar! Made with Mod Podge and FolkArt Multi-Surface paint - 

6. Monster Handprint Treat Bags – Get some help from your little ones to make these burlap goodie bags featuring Apple Barrel paint. 

5. Spooky Frame – The spooky frame was a project created on the Plaid Palette for Halloween by Chris and Andy. This project features FolkArt paint and Mod Podge 

4. Chalkboard Label Pumpkins – This pumpkin can be used to add a personal message to your pumpkin. Uses FolkArt Multi-surface paint. 

3. Ikat Pumpkin – Can be sued to accent your fall décor beyond Halloween. Created with FolkArt Multi-surface paint. 

2. Decoden Halloween from Cathie and Steve – This entire series was popular this year. If we had included them all 5 our of our 10 would have been decoden. The ones that were most poplar was the Deocden Witch Hat , Decoden Studded PumpkinDecoden Cat Mask, and Decoden Rhinestone Skull,. All were made with Mod Podge Collage Clay. 

1 Pumpkin Pegs – The most popular project this year by far was the Pumpkin Pegs. You can crate Create “Spook-tacular” silhouettes with Pumpkin Pegs™. It’s a simple way to create a fun pumpkin and can be used over and over!
